Las herramientas digitales permiten la planificación de nuestras cirugías de implantes minimizando la toma de decisiones en el acto quirúrgico, y por tanto acortando los tiempos de cirugía, nos permiten abordar con precisión cirugías complejas mediante las técnicas de cirugía guiada, y nos permiten también, a través de la colocación 3D precisa de los implantes, anticipar los posibles problemas en el diseño y colocación final de la prótesis, ahorrando pruebas y visitas a nuestros pacientes.
OBJETIVOS
Los alumnos consolidarán un protocolo de planificación quirúrgica 3D con el software libre BlueSkyBio para poder aplicar a cualquier caso de implantes que se presente en su gestión clínica diaria. También, conoceremos y practicaremos la cirugía guiada sobre biomodelo en casos planificados previamente por los alumnos, estableceremos protocolos para la carga inmediata, y asistiremos a una cirugía en directo aplicando los protocolos aprendidos durante el curso.

La dima chirurgica scomponibile rappresenta l’ultima frontiera della chirurgia computer guidata in quanto permette non solo un accurato inserimento degli impianti in base ad una preventiva progettazione implantare al CAD ma, soprattutto, il raggiungimento di un accurato risultato protesico potendo riportare su paziente i rapporti occlusali stabiliti in fase di progettazione della ceratura diagnostica virtuale e, quindi, della protesi definitiva.
In casi chirurgici complessi può essere difficile riportare su paziente l’esatta dimensione verticale progettata al CAD oppure gli esatti rapporti occlusali preventivamente previsti per quel caso clinico soprattutto quando i riferimenti anatomici sono scarsi e il paziente è sedato. La dima chirurgica scomponibile permette di risolvere questo problema utilizzando dei reperi anatomici fissi per ogni fase della chirurgia implantare a partire dalle osteotomie per l’inserimento degli impianti fino al posizionamento, preciso e corretto, della protesi.
La dima chirurgica scomponibile si compone di diverse parti che, assemblate tra loro, permettono di guidare il chirurgo verso un risultato altamente predicibile e accurato.

Il corso vuole trasferire ai partecipanti tutte le nozioni tecniche di base e avanzate sull’uso di uno dei più importanti software 3D gratuiti per progettazione di casi clinici di chirurgia guidata BluSkyPlan e di software 3D gratuiti supplementari volti a migliorare e ottimizzare modelli anatomici fondamentali per il workflow digitale. L’obiettivo del corso è fornire ai partecipanti una formazione tecnico-pratica tangibile, concreta e immediatamente riversabile nella pratica clinica.
Durante la prima parte del corso verrà, insegnato l’uso del software 3D BlueSkyPlan per la programmazione di casi clinici reali di difficoltà crescente (da monoedentulie a edentulie totali). Inoltre verrà affrontata la ricostruzione 3D di parti anatomiche da CBCT tramite BlueSkyPlan.
Durante la seconda parte verranno messe in luce tutte le caratteristiche delle migliori stampanti 3D odierne, verrà spiegato il loro funzionamento, i trucchi e gli accorgimenti per un loro utilizzo consapevole e professionale. In aula sarà presente una stampante 3D a filamento di tipo low-cost e compatta utile per la stampa in studio di modelli anatomici ricavati da TC Cone Beam con finalità diagnostiche e di studio.
Per lo svolgimento della parte pratica, ogni partecipante dovrà portare il proprio computer portatile su cui dovrà essere installata una copia di bluskyplan. I casi clinici su cui verranno svolte le esercitazioni saranno forniti dall'organizzazione.

Il corso di ortodonzia digitale con il software 3D gratuito BlueSkyPlan vuole insegnare ai discenti tutti i processi necessari per la realizzazione di modelli ortodontici per allineatori invisibili e per la realizzazione di dime chirurgiche per miniviti ortodontiche.
L’utilizzo del software 3D BlueSkyPlan, modulo ortodontico, garantisce la piena gestione della creazione di un setup ortodontico a partire dalla scansione intraorale per finire con l’esportazione dei modelli ortodontici per termoformatura di allineatori invisibili.
Verrà inoltre insegnato come progettare direttamente in 3D allineatori invisibili che, in presenza di resine biocompatibili adatte, potranno essere direttamente stampati in 3D.
La parte di corso relativa alla progettazione di una dima chirurgica per miniviti ortodontiche invece mostrerà come, a partire da una scansione intraorale e da una TAC Cone Beam, sarà possibile pianificare e programmare la chirurgia ortodontica paziente-specifica arrivando così alla produzione di una dima chirurgica altamente precisa per l’inserimento delle miniviti.
